Product is defined as a box of 10 or 25 dampers of specific size, including all original contents, in original packaging.

Product Damaged During Shipping

Upon delivery, if the product shipping box appears to be damaged, the customer should refuse delivery and must contact us to file a claim. Stud Damper will resend new product upon receipt of claim.

If delivery was accepted before damage is noticed and product installation has not been attempted, the damaged product and all of its original contents and packaging needs to be returned at Stud Dampers expense. Customer must contact us to file a claim and to schedule a pickup. Returned orders will not be accepted if product installation has been attempted or if original contents of box are missing. Reshipping costs will be billed to customer for return delivery. Stud Damper will resend new product upon receipt of claim and damaged product delivery pickup. If a claim is filed and the damaged product is not returned in whole, customer will be billed for said product.

Cancelled Orders

Orders that are cancelled before they are shipped will not be charged a fee. Customer will be refunded the purchase amount.
Orders that are cancelled after they have been shipped or delivered will be charged round trip shipping costs when product is returned. Customer must refuse delivery if order is cancelled. If product was accepted by customer, all charges will apply until product is returned at customers cost.

Exchanging Product

Customers may exchange product by filing an exchange claim, for up to 3 months after order is placed. Returned orders will not be accepted if product installation has been attempted or if contents of box are missing and reshipping costs will be billed to customer for return delivery. Difference in cost of exchanged order will be refunded or billed to customer.

Different Product shipped

If we shipped a different product than the customer’s order, the customer must contact us to file a claim. The correct order will be shipped upon receipt of claim. Incorrect product will be returned at Stud Dampers expense. If the different product is not returned, customer will be billed for said product.
